Aquatics Director
Tara brings extensive experience in aquatics management to BAC. She oversees all aspects of our aquatic programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and community engagement. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding our program offerings and strengthening our position as a premier aquatics facility in the Bay Area.
Program Director
With over 20 years of coaching experience across baseball, basketball, football, swimming, and track & field, and 11 years as an Athletic Director, and now Program Director at BAC, I’ve dedicated my career to developing student-athletes and building strong sports programs. I’m passionate about leadership, teamwork, and the lifelong lessons that come through athletics—and above all, I enjoy life and the journey it brings.
Our Front Desk Team is often the first point of contact for members and visitors. These dedicated staff members handle check-ins, program registrations, inquiries, and more with professionalism and a friendly smile.
The team is knowledgeable about all BAC programs and services, helping you find the right fit for your aquatic needs. They ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone who enters our facilities.
