Looking for a fun, low-impact way to stay active? Or a more intense class? Our Aqua Fit classes are the perfect way to boost your fitness while being easy on your joints. Set to energizing music, this full-body workout includes a variety of exercises designed to improve your overall fitness.

Splash, Balance, Kick and Smile your way to Better Health! This class focuses on improving your balance, core stabilization, posture, strength, flexibility, cardio-respiratory system, fat burn, tone and so much more! Join the fun with all your friends!

The Ultimate Blast — challenge yourself to this 360° Full Body Workout using water polo balls, aqua noodles, hand buoys and no equipment at all! Focuses on high intensity cardio to burn fat, tone, build endurance, muscle strength and energize. HIIT takes this class to the next level!




Carole
Carole has led the Aquatic Fitness Program at Stanford University for fifteen years, delivering dynamic classes in both shallow and deep water to a diverse range of participants of all ages and fitness levels. She is passionate and committed to helping participants build intrinsic motivation while maximizing enjoyment and fostering a positive and supportive environment. Her goal is for every participant to leave class feeling empowered — experiencing increased confidence, strength, accomplishment and overall happiness.
