Jeff brings more than 40 years of coaching, leadership, and service to the sport of swimming. An ASCA Level 5 Certified Coach and graduate of the USA Swimming Coaches College, Jeff has coached athletes from beginners to Olympians throughout his career. He has also been recognized as YMCA National Coach of the Meet, Connecticut Senior Coach of the Year, and was named one of Swimming World's Top 10 Most Impactful People in Swimming.

Beyond the pool deck, Jeff has served in national leadership roles with USA Swimming, the YMCA of the USA, Arena, TritonWear, and FINIS, where he has helped shape coach education, club development, and the future of competitive swimming across the country. He is also a frequent speaker, consultant, and published author on coaching and leadership.

Jeff believes great coaching is about building confidence, fostering community, and creating an environment where every swimmer can succeed. He is excited to bring his passion, experience, and energy to the Burlingame Aquatic Club Age Group Swimming program.
