Swim Instructor

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced swim instructors to share their passion for swimming while working with students of all ages. Classes run Monday through Friday from 3:30-6pm, and weekends from 9am-12pm, with additional private lesson opportunities available.

• •Teach swim lessons to students ages 3 through adults
• •Provide safe, effective, and fun swimming instruction
• •Develop lesson plans appropriate for different skill levels
• •Maintain accurate records of student progress
• •Ensure pool safety during lessons
• •Communicate effectively with students and parents
• •Adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles

Required:

• •1+ years of swim instruction experience
• •Strong swimming abilities and technique
• •Excellent communication skills with children and adults
• •Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels
• •Must pass background check (Livescan) with FBI/DOJ

Preferred:

• •Red Cross swim instructor certifications
• •Lifeguard certification (additional hours available)
• •Preference given to instructors who can work Monday-Friday

Part-time position: 4-20 hours per week

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
