Looking for a fun, low-impact way to stay active? Our Aqua Aerobics class is the perfect way to boost your fitness while being easy on your joints. Set to energizing music, this full-body workout includes: ✔️ Cardiovascular exercises ✔️ Strength training ✔️ Flexibility and balance work ✔️ A refreshing and supportive water environment Perfect for all fitness levels! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned exerciser, you’ll enjoy a safe, effective, and enjoyable workout. Join us for a great late morning break! This medium-to-high intensity aerobics class uses bands, water weights, and noodles for cardiovascular (aerobic) exercise, as well as strength training, toning, and stretching.
