BAC Masters Water Polo: Club Rules
1. All players must be registered with USA Water Polo and BAC. No players will be allowed in the pool without a current USA Water Polo membership and without having completed a club registration form. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
2. All players will abide by the rules and regulations of USWP.
3. No profanity is allowed when any other pool users are present. Profanity is strongly discouraged; players are expected to maintain a civil atmosphere at all times.
4. No fighting is allowed. Players are expected to keep their frustrations and emotions under control or face disciplinary action from the club board.
5. Any use of alcohol or drugs either at the facility or prior to participating in any club activity is strictly forbidden and will result in suspension from the program.
6. No athlete may enter the pool until the supervisor for that practice is present on deck. No exceptions.
7. All players are responsible for pool setup and cleanup. All players are expected to make efforts to show up on time, and to not leave early, in order to ensure proper care of the facility.
8. Quarterly club members have priority over drop-in athletes when scrimmages are full, provided they arrive on time. Scrimmages are considered full when there are three teams with seven field players each.
9. For non-members or guests, the first practice is free. Subsequent practices will require either a full payment of the quarterly club dues or the drop-in fee.
10. A player is a member of the club only once they have paid their quarterly dues and submitted a completed club registration form.
11. BMWP will do it's best to facilitate participation in as many tournaments as there is interest. The club board has the final say on the roster for each tournament.
12. BMWP club members are not allowed to play on a team that competes against BMWP in a tournament. Exceptions to this rule will be made on a case-by-case basis as determined by the club board.
13. The board reserves the right to discipline or remove any player who does not adhere to club rules.
