| Masters' swimming at the Burlingame Aquatic Center caters to swimmers of all levels, from former Olympians, collegiate champions and accomplished triathletes, to the budding fitness enthusiast. We currently provide coached workouts and technical feedback to approximately 150 swimmers. The workouts are designed to challenge and encourage, instruct and inspire. Training sessions are offered seven days a week, at a variety of times, so finding pool time is never a problem. Since the club's beginning, BAC Masters has established itself as one of the premier teams in the Pacific Region, successfully competing at the highest levels of regional and national swim meets and open water events. The strong team atmosphere on the pool deck contributes to tough, competitive and fun workouts, and also helps to develop the stroke technique of our less experienced swimmers. Swimming next to someone fast or learning to swim by watching some very talented swimmers is a possibility at every practice. Whether you're racing for national records, training for your first or fiftieth triathlon, or simply enjoy pursuing the amateur ideals of sport and fitness at its purest, BAC has a lane for everyone. Our olympic-sized 50-meter pool provides a unique swimming experience on Sundays and Mondays with long-course workouts. Joining is easy - simply come by the pool during any of the workouts and introduce yourself. Bring a towel, because at BAC, it's laid out like that. Our
