AQUATIC FITNESS CLASSES

We believe aquatic fitness classes are a great way to exercise, meet new friends, and change up your regular routine.  Whether you are looking for a hard-core aqua-fit class, or simply a class that gets your blood flowing and loosens up your muscles, we have a class for you!

Our dedicated aquatic fitness staff can teach any class to any experience level. If for some reason you are not able to find the class that you're looking for, let us know and we can talk with you about adding it on to our schedule. The more the merrier!!

SUNRISE AEROBICS

Join us for a great start to the morning, watching the sunrise and exercising for health, fitness, and fun! This class uses a combination of barbells, noodles, and exercise bands (all provided). Students will work on range of motion, muscle strengthening, stretching, and endurance. The class is held in the warm water wading pool, and is open to men and women of all ages and levels.

AQUA COMBO SPLASH CLASSES
Join us for a great noon break. Join us for a healthy class set to music and to have a fun time. We will be in the large pool, in shallow to deeper water. We will be doing medium to high aerobics. We use exercise bands, water weights and water noodles. We will tone, stretch and do lots of cardio.
AQUA PILATES
This class with strengthen your core, lower back, and leg muscles. It will improve your balance, posture, and stability while sculpting your body and giving you a feeling of well being.
AQUA YOGA

Experience an hour of total Yoga relaxation in water. This specialty course is designed to help you ease into deep muscle toning and increase your flexibility by using a combination of 5000 year old Yoga poses and hydrostatic pressure. All inversion poses are achieved using pool walls. No chanting, but music sets the mood. No prerequisites other than an open mind. Yoga is a practice...not a "Perfect".

 
AQUA BOOT CAMP

Join Professional trainers every Tuesday and Thursday for 8 weeks of high intensity Aqua Boot Camp, a workout that combines cardiovascular, strength, abdominal, and aerobic training. This class emphasizes strength and speed to create a highly intense athletic workout in the pool. This class is full of fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals now! The exercises are performed in water that is chest deep and no swimming skills are needed to participate. Regardless of your age, size, or fitness level, you can achieve very noticeable results. Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or simply looking for a new type of workout, this aquatic adventure is for you!

Winter Session III: March 2-May 2: PM CLASS #1969/ AM CLASS #1970

The cost of the class is $199; we prorate for late enrollment. You can also try-out Boot Camp anytime during the first two weeks of the session. Double Drop-In rate of $20.00 will apply or you can use your 2 passes for attending this class during the open enrollment period. (March 2-March 17)
